Terms & Conditions for Refer a Friend Program

1. Eligibility
1.1 This Refer a Friend program (“Program”) is open to all clients of The Career Change Coaches, including those referred by Nate Clarke or Roxanne Davis.
1.2 Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with The Career Change Coaches.

2. Referral Process
2.1 To participate, a referring client must share a unique referral link or code with a friend or colleague or complete the above form.
2.2 The referred individual must book and complete a trial coaching session for either Business English or Career Coaching, priced at a minimum of USD$9.

3. Rewards
3.1 Upon the referred client’s successful booking and payment for their trial session, the referring client will receive a complimentary 30-minute coaching session. This session can be either Career Coaching or Business English.
3.2 The complimentary session will be awarded only after the referred client has completed their session.

4. Limitations
4.1 There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make; however, each referral must result in a new paid session to qualify for the reward.
4.2 Referrals must be claimed within 2 months of the referral being made.

5. Non-Transferability
5.1 Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
5.2 Each unique referral is valid for one reward only.

6. Modification and Termination
6.1 The Career Change Coaches reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email to participants.

7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1 By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law
8.1 This Program is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of this Program will be resolved in accordance with such laws.
